Made by a factory on the northern coast of Brazil, these hand made rugs have set the standard for quality for more than thirty-five years. Every rug is custom made to clients’ specifications, with the utmost attention to detail. Designers may choose from an extensive array of traditional and contemporary designs and a hundred yarn colors or they may specify custom designs in any size and colors. The design is hand drawn onto the canvas by needle workers, and designs are calibrated according to the overall size of the rugs. Most importantly, the thick 100% wool yarn is double stitched by hand giving the rugs their standard setting thickness and tactility. Every order receives the highest level of personal attention, and designers will appreciate the flexibility that Vermilion can provide. Rugs in standard colors and sizes can be delivered in twelve to sixteen weeks, and custom sizing and coloration can be produced in twelve to twenty weeks.
